ABOUT THEPOD
We’re a B2B podcast agency for founders and sales leaders who sell through trust, not volume, and who are tired of cold outreach that doesn’t fit how their buyers buy.
Relationship-led businesses grow on conversations. But the usual ways of starting those conversations are broken. Conferences cost $3,000 to $12,000 an event before you’ve said a word.
Your network eventually runs dry. And cold email and LinkedIn spray get ignored, because they ask for something before offering anything.
We built ThePod around a simple idea: a podcast is a genuinely new channel that decision makers say yes to, because you’re inviting them into a conversation, not chasing them for a meeting.
It’s the warmth of a conference, continuously, without the booth or the flights.
ThePod was built by someone who spent years trying to win business the way you’re supposed to, cold email, paid ads, chasing the big deal, and watching it fail for relationship-led selling.
Aqil learned outbound and go-to-market as a practitioner, running campaigns for his own ventures and inside two agencies. The lesson that stuck: cold outbound doesn’t fit the way trust-based buyers buy, no matter how good the tech.
Then it clicked. Running outreach for a company’s podcast, he booked the meetings cold outbound never could: same effort, a completely different response, because he was offering something instead of asking for something.
So he built ThePod to do it on purpose, and tested it on his own show first. It booked real meetings and signed the client he still works with today, but it did something else too. The content took off, driving explosive top-of-funnel traffic and awareness, borrowing authority from high-profile guests, and generating inbound on top of the outbound meetings. One conversation, two outcomes, proven on his own show before he ever sold it.
Then he built the team and the systems to do it for you.
PIPELINE OVER DOWNLOADS
Most podcast agencies optimise for downloads and reach. We don’t. We build genuine pipeline and ROI: real meetings and revenue from the dream clients in your industry, not vanity metrics that look good in a report and do nothing for your business.

You should be able to reach any buyer.
A podcast lets you start a conversation with people who would never take a cold call, without selling or being looked down upon.
One conversation, two outcomes.
Every recording becomes a warm relationship now and authority content that compounds for months after.
Outcomes over vanity metrics.
We are judged on meetings and pipeline, not downloads and reach.
Calm, direct, no hype.
That is how we talk to you, and how we represent you to the guests you want in the room.
Isn’t this just starting a podcast?
No. The show is the channel, not the goal. It’s built to open warm conversations with decision makers and turn them into pipeline. The content is a bonus that keeps working afterwards, not the point.
Do I need a big audience for this to work?
No. This isn’t about downloads. The value comes from the conversations themselves, the meetings, relationships and pipeline they create, which happen whether or not a single stranger ever listens.
How is this different from a normal podcast agency?
Most agencies are measured on reach and production quality. We’re measured on meetings and revenue. We handle production to a high standard, but in service of pipeline and ROI, not download charts.
How is it different from cold outbound or an SDR agency?
Cold outbound asks strangers for their time. A podcast offers them something they want: a platform and a genuine conversation. It’s the difference between chasing and inviting, which is why the reply and meeting rates are in a different league.
Who is this for?
Founders and sales leaders who sell through trust and relationships, with considered deals (typically £10k and up), who currently lean on conferences, referrals or cold outreach that doesn’t fit how their buyers buy.
How soon do we see results?
Guests often become opportunities from the very first conversations. One client saw over $1M in pipeline before the first episode aired, and the content library compounds for months after.
